Wiltex Incorporated was founded in 1999 by Dr. Lois S. Williams to provide
services in three core competence areas; Education, Medical Staffing, and IT.
Wiltex Incorporated provides specialized educational expertise in the areas of remedial education, job training, and career counseling. Wiltex has grown to a solutions-oriented small business that currently provides technical services to clients in the educational, technological, and medical arenas.
